Uses: Excellent for pestos, teas, salad, vinaigrettes and olive oil blends. Can also be used on meats such as beef and pork. Adds fruity flavor to salads and drinks as well as adding flavor to all manner of dishes, particulary Italian dishes/recipes. Christmas basil has a rich holiday aroma reminiscent of mulled-wine with a unique fruity flavor associated with Christmas time. It is combines the attributes of both Genovese and Thai basils.
